Apollo is now the proud winner of TEN Study Travel Star Awards!

Apollo is the first language school in Ireland to be inducted into the StudyTravel Super Star Hall of Fame in 2023 after winning the ‘Star Junior Programme for under 18s’ award for five years in a row in 2018, 2019, 2020/2021, 2022 and again in 2023.  We also won the ‘Star New School’ Award in 2019 as well as winning in the ‘English Language School – Europe’ category three times in 2022, 2023 and 2024.  The most memorable achievement for Apollo was winning in the ‘Leading Star’ category in 2024, becoming the second organisation in the world to win this prestigious award.

Maynooth University

Maynooth University Campus is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the town center, featuring two connected areas: the historic south campus, known for its beautiful 19th-century buildings, and the expansive modern north campus, which spans an impressive 100 acres. This combination of old and new creates a unique and inspiring environment for students.

The university boasts excellent facilities, including a comprehensive sports complex equipped with tennis courts and dance studios.  With its blend of historical charm and modern amenities, Maynooth University Campus is an ideal setting for academic and social growth.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation for Apollo students is located on the modern north campus in single bedrooms with a private en-suite bathroom for each student. The residential accommodation chosen by Apollo is the newest block of apartments at Maynooth University, completed in late 2016.

15 hours’ tuition
per week

15 hours’ tuition per week (1 hour = 60 minutes) following a zig-zag timetable of both morning and afternoon mixed nationality classes (max. 15 per class).

Apollo Focus

Apollo Focus: 9 hours’ optional extra tuition per week (over 3 days) completely free of charge in addition to 15 hour programme. The focus of the lessons is on project work and communication and students can choose the Apollo Focus option when with us at the school instead of regular activities.

Residential Accommodation: on-campus single room with private bathroom in shared apartments.

All meals included

All meals in the university restaurant.
